Half cured sheep cheese

With a slightly higher curing time, our sheep cheese curds to distinguish those nuances that the maturation contributes to milk, but keeping that freshness of a soft cheese, full of flavor and aroma. Not too sweet, not too cured, is a cheese that appeals to everyone equally.

It has a firm texture and a light ivory color, with great presence of eyes, giving it a texture very moist at the same creamy. Aroma smooth and nuanced. Cured between 30 and 60 days.

CURING: Minimum of 30 days

PRESENTATION: Pieces between 3 and 3,5 kg. Natural crust without wax and painting.
